Heat oven to 180c / 350 °F / Gas Mark 4.

Place sweet potato fries onto a baking tray, lightly brush with olive oil sprinkle with salt and pepper and place into the oven, set a timer for 23 minutes.

At 20 minutes remaining, remove all Square Pie packaging and place 2 pies onto an oven tray and place carefully into the centre of the oven.

At 10 minutes remaining, place the vine tomatoes under the grill for 2-3 minutes or until they brown off.

Place the contents of the cous cous sachet into a bowl.

Add 160ml of Boiling water, stir well and cover the bowl with a lid.

Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes to allow the couscous to absorb the water.

Fluff the couscous with a fork to separate the grains.
