Heat oven to 180c / 350 °F / Gas Mark 4

Remove from all Square Pie packaging. Place 2 pies onto a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven and set a timer for 18-20 minutes.

When the timer shows 15 minutes remaining, remove outer leaves from your whole cauliflower and cut the stem into quarters, carefully use a grater to grate the quarters until the cauliflower resembles rice or couscous.

Sauté the cauliflower rice in a large skillet over medium heat in 1 Tbsp oil. Cover with a lid so the cauliflower steams and becomes more tender. Cook for a total of 5-8 minutes, then season as desired (salt, pepper, soy sauce)

Heat 1 Tbsp of oil over hight head, add the button mushrooms and a pinch of ready chopped garlic, toss for 5 minutes until beautifully browned. Season with salt & pepper and sauté another 2 minutes.

Heat gravy in a pan on full heat for 2-3 minutes stirring throughout.
